Sephora says promo code a glitch

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – There was a rude awakening for hundreds of online shoppers Feb. 16 after a glitch on Sephora’s website revoked a deal that would have taken $88 off their purchases.
The 88OFF promo code promised to take $88 off any purchase of $100 or more, and circulated on social media Friday before the company caught the glitch.
Many who had made use of the promo woke up from an email from the popular cosmetics company the next day saying they wouldn’t honour the deal.
Existing orders have been cancelled, but many on social media are calling for the company to honour the deal.
