Man exposes himself near two all-girls schools in Vancouver’s Shaughnessy neighbourhood

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Police are looking for a man who apparently exposed himself to a teenager in Vancouver shortly after school let out Tuesday afternoon.

It happened near W. 33rd Ave. and Marguerite St. in the Shaughnessy area, just a few blocks from two private all-girls schools.

Police say the driver reportedly rolled down the front passenger window so the teen could see his exposed genitals before he drove away. He was last seen heading south on Marguerite St.

The VPD says officers arrived soon after and patrolled the area, but a suspect wasn’t found.

Another similar incident was reported to police in mid-December, also near York House School and Little Flower Academy.

Investigators haven’t said whether there is any link between the incidents. At this time, police do not have a suspect description to share with the public.
