Snowfall warning for Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley

LOWER MAINLAND (NEWS 1130) – We have bright sunshine today, but be prepared for another blast of wintry weather.

Five to 10 centimetres of snow is expected to fall across the Lower Mainland, starting tomorrow.

NEWS 1130 meteorologist Michael Kuss says the snowfall is expected to start early in the morning, in time for the morning commute.

“Heaviest amounts will be across the north and out to the east, as we roll through the day. Most of the snow — mixed in with rain — will taper off by early in the afternoon.”
