Abbotsford vigil for three farm workers killed in 2007 van crash

ABBOTSFORD (NEWS 1130) – The deaths of three farm workers, killed in a van crash on a Highway near Abbotsford over a decade ago, will be remembered March 2.
The three women were killed in March of 2007, when the overloaded van they were in rolled over on Highway 1 near the Sumas exit.
The British Columbia Federation of Labour is marking the anniversary of the tragedy with a candelight vigil.
It starts at 12:30pm at Matsqui Centennial Auditorium.
The van was carrying 17 passengers.
