Smoking, leaky air conditioner causes TransLink’s real-time bus system to crash

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) — A leaky air conditioner caused problem’s for TransLink’s real-time information centre today.
The leak “affected” the data centre in some way, causing the real-time system to go down, according to TransLink. It started smoking, prompting a visit from fire services to the Vancouver station.
It’s expected to be fixed today.
The online trip planner had crashed as well, but it’s working now.
