LANGLEY (NEWS 1130) – A fight that led to a stabbing at a fast food place in Edmonton six years ago has now resulted in a charge against a junior constable of the Langley RCMP.
It happened in 2013, before Benjamin Kozlovich joined the force.
Kozlovich was arrested in Chilliwack on Tuesday after Edmonton Police got new information about the case in January.
Two people were seriously hurt in the fight. The person responsible ran away.
Kozlovich completed his RCMP training in January, 2018 and is a probationary member. A standard internal investigation is underway while the courts deal with a charge of aggravated assault.
