Driver suffers ‘potentially life-altering injuries’ in Surrey crash

SURREY (NEWS 1130) – One person has been taken to hospital after being seriously hurt in a crash.
Surrey Mounties say the crash happened between two vehicles in the intersection of 104 Avenue and 144 Street around 6:00 Friday morning.
The RCMP says a Ford F-250 was traveling east and a Toyota Corolla was heading west when the collision occurred. The driver of the Corolla was rushed to hospital with potentially life-altering injuries, a release reads.
Road closures are in place as investigators gather evidence. The RCMP is looking to speak with any witnesses who may have seen the crash take place, or who may have seen either of the two vehicles before the crash.
They are also hoping to gather any dashcam video of the collision.
