Missing elderly Vancouver man with head injury, dementia has been found

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) –

UPDATE: The man has been found and will be reunited with his family.

Police are hoping you can help them find an elderly Vancouver man who went missing Monday morning.

The 93-year-old recently suffered an injury to his head and has early onset dementia. He may appear confused.

He was last seen at around 10 a.m. on Monday, April 15 at the bus stop in front of the gas station at Burrard and Davie Streets. Police aren’t sure if he got onto a bus.

He is described as white and 5’7″ with blue eyes. He is bald and has a bandage on his scalp.

He was last seen wearing a dark blue baseball hat, light blue leather jacket, dark grey sweater, dark grey sweater, blue pants, and blue shoes.

If you see him, you’re asked to call 911 and wait with him until police arrive.
