Small plane crashes into home in southern Chile

SANTIAGO, Chile — Chilean media report that a small plane has crashed on top of a home in the southern city of Puerto Montt.
Local Radio Cooperativa said the plane crashed Tuesday near “La Paloma” aerodrome about 620 miles (1,000 kilometres) south of the Chilean capital of Santiago.
TV footage and news photos showed the back end of the plane inside the home while firefighters rushed to the scene to put out flames.
No official reports of deaths or injuries have been released yet.
