Death of Maple Ridge woman deemed suspicious

MAPLE RIDGE (NEWS 1130) – Mounties now believe the death of a woman in Maple Ridge last month is suspicious.
May Cunningham was found dead on March 22, 2019 near the trails by the riverfront area of Kanaka Creek Park.
The 52-year-old woman was from Maple Ridge.
Investigators say the circumstances around her death are suspicious, but haven’t shared why. They want to speak with anyone who may have been in the area on March 21 or the early hours of March 22.
No arrests have been made.
