RICHMOND (NEWS 1130) – Nine charges have now been laid against a 60-year-old woman accused of stealing from travellers at Vancouver International Airport.

Miriam Fajardo was arrested earlier this month by Mounties in Richmond investigating thefts reported as far back as Mar. 2.

They say the foreign national, believed to be part of a larger organized group, was caught stealing a purse from a passenger at YVR’s international arrivals terminal.
