VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) — A police incident had the Burrard Street Bridge closed to traffic and pedestrians for several hours on Tuesday evening.
Police vehicles and fire trucks were seen blocking access to vehicles at both sides of the bridge.

Several bus routes were being detoured because of the incident.
Police say there was no risk to the public, and the bridge was fully reopened to traffic and pedestrians by 11:45 p.m. Tuesday.
