Surrey RCMP searching for three-year-old boy and parents

SURREY (NEWS 1130) — Surrey RCMP is searching for a missing three-year-old boy.

Brycein Toane hasn’t been seen since Tuesday, June 18 near 126A and 128 Streets.

Police believe the boy is with his mom and dad and isn’t in any harm, but add they would like to speak with his parents.

Toane’s mother, Melissa-Sue Seale was last seen on Thursday, June 20th at around 5:00 pm while his dad, Dallas Toane was last seen the day before, at around 8:00 pm.

Brycein is described as Metis, approximately 3’ tall, weighing approximately 35 pounds with shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes.

Police aren’t saying exactly why they’re searching for the boy and his parents.

When Surrey RCMP first put out a public appeal for help in finding the boy Thursday night, they said he was “high-risk” and they were concerned for his health and well-being but a release hours later said police no not believe the boy is in any harm.
