Facebook and Instagram users flock to Twitter after apps go down

Facebook and Instagram users took to Twitter after the apps reported issues with posting images and videos Wednesday.
Both apps put out statements on Twitter saying they were aware some people were having trouble uploading and sending images and videos, adding that they are working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.
Users took to Twitter to find out why the apps weren’t working, sharing hilarious GIFs and videos along the way.
