BURNABY (NEWS 1130) – Police have released a composite sketch of the suspect in an alleged assault on Burnaby Mountain Trail on Sunday.

The Burnaby RCMP says a 19-year-old woman was walking on a trail near the Simon Fraser University campus just before 9 p.m. on July 14, when a man allegedly followed her and tried to engage her in conversation.

He is alleged to have grabbed her hand, but she was able to pull away and run to a nearby parking lot at Horizons Restaurant to get help. He followed her to the parking lot and continued to try to engage with her, but then left in a grey or black four door Acura.
