Livongo Health – Mountain View, Calif., 10.7 million shares, priced $20-$23, managed by Morgan Stanley/Goldman Sachs. Proposed Nasdaq symbol LVGO. Business: Provides a unified healthcare platform for chronic illness management.

ProSight Global – Morristown, N.J., 8.8 million shares, priced $16-$18, managed by Goldman Sachs/Barclays. Proposed NYSE symbol PROS. Business: Specialty property and casualty insurer backed by Goldman Sachs and TPG.
