Telus working to resolve email issue

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Telus email users have been struggling to log into their accounts since early Thursday morning.
Telus Support says more that 90 per cent of cusomers are now able to use their accounts, but technicians are still working to resolve the issue for the remaining 10 per cent.

Since the system has been down, people have been unable to sign into their telus.net accounts. Some have told NEWS 1130 they haven’t been able to use their account since 6:30 a.m Thursday.
Doug Self from Telus Media Relations says they understand how inconvenient this is for customers.
“Our technicians are working extremely hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible,” he says.
Telus Support tweeted out they expect the issue to be fully restored by the morning or sooner, adding the problem was caused by “hardware issues.”
