PNE $2 million prize home winner announced

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – This year’s PNE Prize Home has been won by Albert Prendergast of Port Moody.
The draw was made Monday evening for the 3,159 square foot farmhouse-style home in Kelowna’s Kirschner Mountain neighbourhood.

Prendergast’s new home has three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, and includes a gourmet kitchen with appliances. Prendergast will also be getting a robotic lawn mower and hot tub.
The home is valued at more than $2 million.
