Grains mixed, livestock mixed

CHICAGO — Grain futures were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. delivery was off .20 cent at $4.88 a bushel; Dec. corn was up 1.20 cents at $3.7240 a bushel; Dec. oats rose 1.20 cents at $2.7620 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans fell 2.8720 cents at 8.8720 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Oct. live cattle was off .17 cent at $0.9985 a pound; Sep. feeder cattle was up 1.02 cents at $1.4030 a pound; Oct. lean hogs fell .40 cent at .6240 a pound.
