TORONTO (NEWS 1130) — The sexual assault trial of Hedley lead singer Jacob Hoggard has been set for January 2021.

The Vancouver-based musician has pleaded not guilty to three charges dating back to 2016. They involve one woman and a youth under the age of 16.

After allegations of sexual misconduct emerged last summer, Hoggard was arrested and charged.

His next court appearance is set for Oct. 28.

The case is slated to last 4 weeks in Toronto.
