Gas to drop by 10 cents/litre in Metro Vancouver Thursday: expert

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – An industry insider says gas prices are expected to drop across Metro Vancouver on Thursday.

Dan McTeague, formerly of GasBuddy.com, says gas in the area could drop as much as ten cents a litre on Nov. 7.

He calls the decrease “the biggest single day drop in over a decade for this region.”

The price at many stations will likely be around the $1.43 per litre mark, for regular gas.

British Columbia still pays the most for gas in comparison to the rest of the country.
