Victim of Surrey homicide identified, IHIT searching for witnesses

SURREY (NEWS 1130) – Homicide investigators are asking for help in solving the homicide of a man who was the victim of a homicide on Remembrance Day.
30-year-old Andrew Baldwin was found unresponsive at a home in Surrey on November 11th, and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police believe a suspect involved was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with dark pants, and used police dogs in the search.

The death was deemed a homicide and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team was called in.
So far no arrests have been made, and police are still trying to determine a motive.
They’re asking anyone with information to come forward to Surrey RCMP or IHIT.
