VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Félicitations to those in France. A Quality of Nationality Index has found the French nationality has once again been ranked as the best in the world.
Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Sweden round out the top five, tied in multiple spots.
There’s some bad new for citizens of the United Kingdom. The ramifications of a hard Brexit could sink the quality of their nationality from eighth globally, to 56th.
Canada is ranked 28th in the index, below British citizenship overseas and above Australia.
The United States did beat us. They came in at 25.
The bottom three nationalities on this year’s QNI are South Sudan, Afghanistan and Somalia.
