VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – On Dec. 1, Santa Claus is coming to town. It’s Vancouver’s annual Santa Claus Parade, with marching bands, floats and of course, the big man himself.
The parade starts at noon at West Georgia and Broughton on Sunday, with over 300,000 people expected to attend.

The corner of Georgia and Howe tends to be the busiest place to watch the festivities, so organizers are encouraging attendees to pick a spot at the beginning or end of the parade route.
Several roads will be closed downtown while the parade is on.
