Woman arrested after alleged stabbing near Haney Bypass

MAPLE RIDGE (NEWS 1130) — Ridge Meadows RCMP are investigating an alleged noon-hour stabbing near the Haney Bypass Monday.
They responded to a call in the area of 224th Street and 116th Avenue after a woman apparently stabbed a man.
Mounties said both of them are known to each other.
The woman was arrested and the man’s injuries were minor and treated on the scene. He refused to go to the hospital.
RCMP said this is an isolated incident and they will continue to investigate.
