Up to 25 centimeters of snow expected to fall on the Coquihalla Highway

KAMLOOPS (NEWS 1130) – Driving to Kelowna or Kamloops Wednesday night could get a bit dicey.
Lots of snow is expected to fall over the next 24 hours, and a snowfall warning has now been issued by Environment Canada.

Other sections of Highway 3 are also expected to be impacted by the weather, including Hope and Merritt.

A weather warning has even been issued for the Coquihalla, with up to 25cm in the forecast over the next 24 hours.
Motorists are being reminded to prepare for the driving conditions and to be prepared for the winter weather.
