SURREY (NEWS 1130) – A shooting Monday night in Surrey has left a 25-year-old with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Surrey RCMP says the call for shots fired came in at around 10:45 p.m., in the area of Hawthorne Park and 144 Street.

The man, who had gunshot wounds, was taken to the hospital from a bus stop nearby, but police say he hasn’t been forthcoming with information.

Officers say they are still working to determine exactly where the shooting happened.
