Delta Police respond to threats of gun violence, instead find four men fighting with Nerf Guns

DELTA (NEWS 1130) – Police in Delta were called to what could have been an extremely dangerous situation and received a bit of a surprise.
Last week police received reports of people arguing and threatening to ‘shoot’ each other at around 2 o clock in the morning.
When officers arrived to the scene, they did indeed find a gun battle…a Nerf Gun battle.
Four men were engaged in a loud and rowdy battle and apparently were unaware of just how much noise they were making.
The men were sent on their way before a winner could be figured out, with one man suffering a minor welt from the battle.
