ABBOTSFORD (NEWS 1130) – Abbotsford police are looking for a suspect who robbed an unlicensed cannabis dispensary Tuesday while wearing what appears to be a Freddy Krueger mask.
The suspect entered the store on Clearbrook Road, near Peardonville Road, around 8 p.m. wearing the mask of the horror-film villain, showed a firearm, demanded cash and marijuana, then took off.

Abbotsford police spoke to a few people who were in the store at the time of robbery, but several left before officers arrived.
Police are seeking more witnesses, as well as dashcam footage of the suspect or robbery.
Immediately after the robbery, police said a collision almost occurred at the entry or exit of the dispensary’s parking lot.
Investigators have a photo of a white Dodge vehicle at the scene and would also like to speak with its driver.
