Pritpal Singh was shot outside a house on 138A Street near 88 Avenue on April 7.
While the murder was initially believed to be targetted, investigators say the man didn’t know Singh and his death was random.
“It is incredibly satisfying to witness the sacrifices and good old-fashioned police work on the part of our investigators culminating in charge approval. The work is not yet done as our file coordination team will be busy compiling final disclosure packages,” says Sgt. Frank Jang.
