Lululemon’s chief financial officer to depart next month for new role

VANCOUVER — Lululemon Athletica Inc. says its chief financial officer will leave the company next month for a position in a different industry.

The Vancouver-based company says in a statement that Patrick Guido, who joined the company in 2018, departs effective May 8.

The company says he will assume a leadership role outside of the apparel industry.

Meghan Frank, senior vice-president of financial planning and analysis, and Alex Grieve, vice-president and controller, will lead the finance team while the company undertakes the search for a new CFO.

CEO Calvin McDonald thanked Guido for his work with the company.

The company says it will consider internal and external candidates for the position.
