VICTORIA (NEWS 1130) — A man has been arrested after an arrow was shot into a family’s car with a child and baby inside.
Victoria Police say it happened Monday around 11 a.m. when the family was stopped at an intersection with their three-year-old child and two-week-old baby.
That’s when something hit the car, which the driver thought was a rock.

It wasn’t until the family returned home, that they found a 10-inch arrow sticking out of their car.
No one was hurt.
A tip helped police identify the man leading to his arrest Tuesday.
Officers say he was “known” to them, and he now faces charges of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
