Man’s body found inside his car by Abbotsford Police

ABBOTSFORD (NEWS 1130) — A man was found dead inside his car Monday night in the John Mahoney Park parking lot.
According to the Abbotsford Police, he was found around 7:30 p.m. after receiving reports of an “unresponsive male.”
“The male was found in the driver’s seat of a white SUV bearing out of province license plates,” the release reads. “Emergency services confirmed that the male had been deceased for some time.”
Abbotsford Police’s Major Crimes Unit, the BC Coroner’s Service, and Forensic officers are all involved.
