CULTUS LAKE (NEWS 1130) — A man is dead after an apparent drowning in Cultus Lake Saturday.

Mounties pulled his body from the water after someone called 911 around 3 p.m.

There are reports someone had fallen from a boat near Entrance Bay and disappeared into the water.

Upper Fraser Valley RCMP say there is no reason to suspect foul play as they begin their investigation.

The BC Coroners Service is also investigating.
