LADYSMITH (NEWS 1130) — More than $67,000 has been raised for the family of a 35-year-old woman killed in a hit-and-run near Ladysmith this weekend.

The GoFundMe page was set up in the wake of Katie Blogg’s death, with the funds going to a memorial and her children’s education.

“Words cannot express the grief and sadness we all feel for your loss,” one donor writes.

Blogg was killed when a pickup truck flew over a median and struck her SUV head-on Saturday morning. The driver of the pick-up truck is believed to have stolen a car to flee the scene.

Blogg leaves behind a husband and two young kids.
