Multi-vehicle crash cleared on Queensborough Bridge

NEW WESTMINSTER (NEWS 1130) – A crash on the Queensborough Bridge created major backups in both directions Wednesday morning.

The incident involved multiple vehicles and brought both directions down to a single lane. It has since been cleared and all lanes have reopened, however, traffic remained heavy in both directions for quite some time after.

At one point, Highway 91A was backed up northbound from the Alex Fraser Bridge.
