SURREY (NEWS 1130) — The Fraser Health Authority is declaring an outbreak once again at Surrey’s Elim Village, a senior care center in Surrey.

One resident and three staff members at The Emerald in the facility tested positive for COVID-19 and are now self-isolating.

A Fraser Health rapid response team is at the site.

Meanwhile, outbreaks at the PICS Assisted Living in Surrey, and Courtyard Terrace Seniors Community in Burnaby are over.
