VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) — BC Place will be lit up in red, black, and green Tuesday night as a way to mark Black History Month.
The Pan-African flag, also known as the Black Liberation flag, has become a powerful symbol of Black pride in the 1960s and its colours will be featured in the special display.
