Abbotsford family devastated after man robs five kittens from their home

ABBOTSFORD (NEWS 1130) — The hunt is on for the man who broke into a house in Abbotsford early Tuesday morning and stole, among other things, five, 10-day old kittens.
The thief apparently got in the house near Primrose Street and Bevan Avenue through a door the family forgot to lock.

“These kittens must be found soon because they are very young and need to be with their mom as that is their source of food. The family is devastated at the loss of their furry family,” said Sergeant Judy Bird with Abbotsford Police.
Aside from the kittens, other identifiable items including passports and an Apple TV were stolen but some items have since been recovered.
A tall, slim, white man in his 20s wearing a light-coloured hoodie and dark pants was seen on surveillance footage.
