VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Fraser Health is asking for patience with its COVID-19 booking system as phone lines see greater call volumes Tuesday.
The health authority says its online booking tool is not available as it prepares to transition to a provincial system.
That means people in the Fraser Health region will have to schedule their vaccine appointments by phone, which has resulted in a large volume of calls.
Our COVID-19 online immunization booking tool is currently not available as we prepare to transition to the provincial digital system.
Please use our phone line (1-855-755-2455) to book your appointments. The self-service booking tool will resume at 7p.m. tonight. pic.twitter.com/fjGTR6a6Ko
