Stalled semi cleared from Ironworkers Memorial Bridge

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Highway 1 into North Vancouver was a slow-go during the Friday morning commute, after a semi truck blocked some lanes on the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge.
The semi was stalled in the left lane at the south end of the bridge, backing up traffic into Burnaby.

Another stalled truck that was blocking the centre lane of Highway 1 westbound inside the Cassiar Tunnel was also cleared.
Make sure to give yourself extra time getting to the North Shore until congestion clears. You can go through Downtown Vancouver and take the Lions Gate Bridge as an alternate route.
