The most important event for the auto industry in British Columbia is returning for its 97th year as the best attended consumer show and automotive event in Western Canada! The Vancouver International Auto Show is gearing up for its best show yet returning to the Vancouver Convention Centre West on March 28- April 2!

Show favourites will once again be making a comeback this year, including the always-breathtaking exotics section. Luxury brands including Lamborghini, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, McLaren and Porsche will be showcased at the 2017 Show. Of course, the Auto Show isn’t just fun for adults. Parents can drop their children off at the Volkswagen Playcare Centre free of charge while they peruse the show floor—then pick them back up to show them the highlights. Or you can take them with you throughout the show and create an auto fan for life!

Pride Sports Day and Pride Run @ Stanley Park/Second Beach

Vancouver Frontrunners are hosting their annual Pride Run and Walk. The Run and Walk is a 5 to 10 km walk in the beautiful Stanley Park. Money raised from the Run and Walk goes to Vancouver Frontrunner’s community beneficiaries, Out in Schools and the LOUD Foundation Scholarships.

After the Pride Run and Walk, Pride Sports Day will be in full swing! Sports Day will bring together members of the LGBTQ2+ community and their allies together for a fun, active, and inclusive day of celebration at Second Beach.

This event is free to the public, and includes family-friendly activities. Pride Sports Day will include live music, a variety of sports and recreational activities, a 19+ beer garden, a sober picnic space hosted by Last Door Recovery Society, vendors, food trucks and community groups. For further fun, Pride Sports Day will be partnering with all three local, professional sports teams for this year’s event: the Vancouver Canucks, BC Lions, and Vancouver Whitecaps FC.

ASL Interpretation is booked for the day. We ask that all attendees help make Pride Sports Day a scent-reduced space. Please refrain from using perfumes, colognes, and strongly scented products.
