The largest single sport world championship in North American history, this event features 31 teams from around the world who will gather in Surrey to compete for gold.

Team Canada will enter the tournament as a medal contender, after winning gold in the PAN AM Games in 2015. Currently ranked number four in the world, fans can come cheer on our team in its quest for the podium!

Other teams competing at the World Championships include: Australia, China, France, Great Britain, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, USA and Venezuela, plus many more.

The StandOUT Awards (formerly Legacy Awards) is an awards night to acknowledge individuals who have contributed to the LGBTQ2+ community in Vancouver over the years. There are six broad award categories this year which recognize the individuals who are making changes within the community.

This year our event will be catered by Milestones, and presented by special guest Celebrity Chef Jack Demers from Chopped Canada.

With a cash bar before presentations, be sure to come early!

After three successful years on tour boasting numerous sold out engagements, this new adaptation of the worldwide smash-hit film Dirty Dancing is coming to the Abbotsford Centre! Keep your diary free for May 3rd and experience a show like never before! With director Sarna Lapine (Sunday in the Park with George – Broadway; War Horse – North American tour) at the helm, the cast and crew consist of 24 dancers and an eight piece band that performs the timeless hits on stage, led by Conductor Jonathan Marro.
