$10,000 reward offered for information about missing Chilliwack mom

CHILLIWACK (NEWS 1130) – Family and friends of a missing Chilliwack mother are offering a $10,000 reward in the hopes of gathering more information about the woman’s disappearance.

Shaelene Keeler Bell, 23, was last seen leaving her apartment on Jan. 30.

Two days later, her car was found in a semi-rural area on Ballam Road near the Fraser River, with her cell phone and other belongings inside.

“There is a very high concern for Shaelene’s safety and wellbeing,” said Cpl. Mike Rail with the Upper Fraser Valley RCMP last week.

While tips were coming in, Rail stressed that police still need the public’s help to find Bell.

A GoFundMe page has also been set up to help cover the costs of search efforts and help support Bell’s two boys, ages two and three.

Bell is described as 5’2” tall, weighs around 95 pounds, and has blonde hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is urged to call Chilliwack RCMP at 604-792-4611, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 to remain anonymous.
